1 · What the app provides

The app is a tool for viewing and following your account with us, nothing more. It shows:

• The projects we deliver for you, their costs and progress
• The payments we have recorded against each project
• Your recurring subscriptions, their renewal dates, and which ones are paid
• What is currently due from you

You can also browse the app as a guest: it then shows sample data for a fictional client named “برو”, and any action asks you to sign in.

2 · Your account

Accounts are opened by us; nobody can self-register. You are responsible for your password: keep it private and do not share it. If you forget it, contact us and we will set a new one.

If you believe someone has accessed your account, contact us immediately and we will suspend it.

3 · Prices and payment

The figures shown in the app are fees for work agreed with you beforehand — they are not products for sale and not digital content to be purchased.

The app contains no payment gateway. Payment happens entirely outside it, directly with our team; the app shows no transfer details and accepts no payment.

When we receive a payment we record it, and it then appears in your app. Amounts are in US dollars.

4 · What is not permitted

• Attempting to access another person's account or any data that is not yours
• Claiming a payment that did not occur
• Using the app for any purpose other than following your account with us
• Reverse engineering, or attempting to disrupt the service

Breaching these terms will suspend your account.

5 · Suspension

We may suspend an account for an administrative reason or for late payment. A suspended account keeps its data intact, and the suspension is lifted with a phone call.

6 · Deleting your account

You can delete your account from inside the app (Account → Delete account). Your sign-in is removed immediately; details are on the account deletion page.

7 · Limits of liability

We do our best to keep the app running and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The final authority for any figure is our accounting records; the app displays them, it does not replace them.

We are not liable for loss caused by your internet connection or a fault in your device.

8 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the laws of your country of residence.
