How to delete your account

From inside the app:

• Open the Account tab
• Tap Delete account
• Confirm

Your sign-in is removed immediately — you are signed out and cannot sign in to that account again.

Or email us from the address registered with us at pro@proirq.com with the subject "Account deletion".

What happens after that

Your record with us — your projects and the payments recorded on them — carries accounting and legal weight, and you may need it yourself as proof of a payment. So it is not wiped by the same tap.

Your deletion appears to our management straight away; a Pro manager makes sure nothing is outstanding between us and then erases your personal data. This is done only by a Pro manager — not by an employee and not by an automated system.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account — immediately, the moment you delete
• Your phone's notification token — immediately, with your sign-in, so no notification reaches you afterwards
• Your name and phone number — within 30 days
• Your projects and subscriptions as shown in the app — within 30 days

What remains, and why

Accounting records of payments remain, without your personal data, because the law requires companies to retain their financial records. They are kept for seven years and then destroyed.

After deletion these records carry neither your name nor your number — only an amount and a date.
