How to request deletion

From inside the app:

• Open the Account tab
• Tap Request account deletion
• Confirm the request

Or email us from the address registered with us at pro@proirq.com with the subject "Account deletion".

Why a request, and not instant deletion

Your account is tied to invoices and payment receipts that carry accounting and legal weight. Instant deletion at the touch of a button would erase a record you may need yourself — proof of a payment, for instance.

So the request is reviewed by our management, we make sure nothing is outstanding between us, and then deletion is carried out. It is performed only by a Pro manager — not by an employee and not by an automated system.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account — immediately on execution
• Your name, phone number, city and company details
• Your chat messages with our team
• The payment receipt images you uploaded
• The notification tokens for your devices

What remains, and why

Accounting invoice records remain, without your personal data, because the law requires companies to retain their financial records. They are kept for seven years and then destroyed.

After deletion these records carry neither your name nor your number — only an invoice number, an amount and a date.
