What the app is

The app is an account portal for PRO IQ LTD's own clients only. It shows a client what belongs to them: the projects we delivered for them, their recurring subscriptions, their invoices, their payment receipts, and their chat with our team.

Accounts are opened by us; nobody can self-register. No product or service is sold through the app — the figures shown are fees for work agreed beforehand, outside the app.

What we collect

Three kinds only, all necessary for the app to work:

• Your account details — your name, company name, phone number and city. We enter these when we open your account; you do not.
• Your financial record with us — your projects, subscriptions, invoices and receipts. This is the app itself.
• What you upload — a photo of your transfer receipt when you pay, and the text of your chat messages.
• A notification token — an identifier issued by your phone's operating system, used only to send you your own notifications, and erased when you sign out.

What we do not collect

• We do not track you and we build no advertising profile of you
• There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel and no tracking tool of any kind in the app
• We do not read your location, your contacts or your photo library (only the single image you choose for a receipt)
• We never ask for card or bank details — the app contains no payment gateway at all
• We do not sell your data or share it for marketing, ours or anyone else's

How payment works

Payment happens entirely outside the app: you transfer by Zain Cash, Super Key or bank transfer, then photograph the receipt and upload it. The app displays the transfer number and receives the receipt image — it moves no money and connects to no payment gateway.

A member of our team confirms each receipt manually after reviewing it. The app never marks an invoice "paid" on its own.

Where your data is stored

On Supabase servers (European Union), encrypted in transit and at rest. Receipt images are kept in a private bucket reachable only by you and our team.

Notifications pass through Apple's service (APNs) or Google's (FCM), as they do for every app on those platforms.

Your rights

• To see everything we hold about you — ask and we will send it
• To correct anything that is wrong
• To delete your account — inside the app: Account → Request account deletion. Details on the account deletion page
• To object to any processing, and to complain to the data protection authority in your country

Children

The app is for business owners under contract with us. We do not open accounts for anyone under 18 and do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

If we change it, we notify you inside the app before it takes effect. The date of the current version is at the top of this page.
