What the app is

The app is an account portal for PRO IQ LTD's own clients only. It shows a client what belongs to them: the projects we deliver for them with their costs and the payments we have recorded, their recurring subscriptions and which months are paid, and what is currently due.

Accounts are opened by us; nobody can self-register. No product or service is sold through the app — the figures shown are fees for work agreed beforehand, outside the app.

Browsing as a guest

Anyone can open the app with Continue as guest. Guest mode shows sample data for a fictional client named “برو” that is built into the app itself: nothing is sent to our servers, no account is created, and any action asks you to sign in.

What we collect

Three kinds only. The first two are entered by our team; the third exists only if you allow notifications:

• Your account details — your name and phone number. Your phone number is also your sign-in name.
• Your record with us — your projects and their costs, the payments we have recorded, and your subscriptions. This is the app itself.
• A notification token — a random code issued by Apple or Google that lets us deliver notifications to your phone, with the platform (iPhone or Android) and the app version. It identifies the app on your device, not you, and contains nothing else.

The app uploads nothing else from your phone: no photos, no files and no messages.

Notifications

After you sign in, the app asks whether you want notifications. If you agree, we send you:

• An update when we add a project or subscription, record a payment, confirm a subscription payment, or move your project's progress
• A reminder before a subscription payment is due, and a daily reminder for a payment that is overdue — it stops by itself as soon as we record the payment
• A weekly summary of your projects' progress and what remains

Notifications contain only your own account details (project and subscription names, amounts and dates). They are delivered through Apple Push Notification service on iPhone and Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) on Android, which receive the text of each notification solely to deliver it. We use no Firebase analytics.

A copy of each notification stays in the app's notification center. You can turn notifications off at any time from your phone's settings. The token is removed when you sign out or delete your account, and guests never receive one.

What we do not collect

• We do not track you and we build no advertising profile of you
• There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel and no tracking tool of any kind in the app
• We do not read your location, your contacts, your camera or your photo library
• We never ask for card or bank details — the app contains no payment gateway at all
• We do not sell your data or share it for marketing, ours or anyone else's

How payment works

Payment happens entirely outside the app, directly with our team. The app moves no money, shows no transfer details and connects to no payment gateway.

When we receive a payment, a member of our team records it, and it then appears in your app. The app never marks anything "paid" on its own.

Where your data is stored

On Supabase servers (European Union), encrypted in transit and at rest. Each client can read only their own record, and only after signing in.

Your rights

• To see everything we hold about you — ask and we will send it
• To correct anything that is wrong
• To delete your account — inside the app: Account → Delete account. Your sign-in is removed at once; details on the account deletion page
• To object to any processing, and to complain to the data protection authority in your country

Children

The app is for business owners under contract with us. We do not open accounts for anyone under 18 and do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

If we change it, we update this page before the change takes effect and tell our clients directly. The date of the current version is at the top of this page.
